I am the Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of VERACO GRROUP OF COMPAANIESS, a Pune-based organisation I built around façade engineering, architectural systems and real estate development. I am also the Co-Founder of SKYLISH INFRA PROJECTS LIMITED.
I completed my education at Padmashri Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Research, Pimpri, Pune. Over the past four-plus decades, I have guided Veraco through some of the region's most demanding architectural projects driven by a belief that precision and vision must always go hand in hand.
Across my career, I have served as Director or Designated Partner across several Group entities including VERACO LIMITED (est. 2010) and VERACO LLP (est. 2015) all rooted in Pune, Maharashtra.
Everything I build is grounded in integrity, trust and timeless quality. My goal has always been to make superior living a reality for families across Pune and PCMC, with our sights firmly set on a pan-India presence.

With over 2 million sq. ft. developed across several landmark projects, the Group has built a strong legacy of thoughtfully planned, value-driven and innovative residential and commercial spaces.

Incorporated as a public company registered with the Registrar of Companies, Pune. Jigarr Vyass served as one of its Directors alongside Smietaa Vyass and Shilpa Jayant Vyas. The company was subsequently converted into an LLP structure.
Registered at Jai Ganesh Vision, Akurdi, Pune, with Jigarr Vyass and Smietaa Vyass as Designated Partners. The LLP remains active and continues to strengthen the Group’s presence in façade engineering and architectural solutions.
